A Tunnel Mountain Elopement in Banff

Troy and Caitlin wanted a simple wedding for their Tunnel Mountain elopement. They really wanted a mountain wedding, but without the complications of a bigger gathering. Instead, they decided they would hole a big reception back home and share their wedding with a video. And so, on a beautiful but windy summer day, they gathered atop Tunnel Mountain with close family, friends, dogs, and a team of photographers and videographers.

What better way to kick off a wedding weekend than with a mountain helicopter flight! Troy and Caitlin are an adventurous couple who were super excited for their wedding day to finally arrive. They met in the 7th grade. Caitlin knew right away that Troy was the one for her. Troy? He was still obsessed with hockey and dinosaurs. But by the 9th grade everything had changed and they became best friends. That was 11 years ago, and they’ve been a couple ever since. When it came to marriage, Troy didn’t propose. They both just “knew”. Troy and Caitlin are both active people with a love of the outdoors, biking, and the mountains.
