A Heartwarming Silvertip Resort Wedding

When they first met, a Silvertip Resort wedding in Canmore was probably the last thing on their minds. It was the middle of a lengthy lockdown, and nothing was open.

How May and Scott met

Even with all the difficulties of the past few years, some good things still happened to good people. And for May and Scott, that meant meeting each other online. They hit it off right away, and soon got together for coffee on a cold winter’s day. With the ongoing lockdowns, finding a place that was open proved a tougher challenge than they expected.

But that turned out to be a very good thing for them indeed. Because without all of the distractions and pressure that can come with dating, they had to rely on each other’s company and good conversation.

It’s the details that matter

Scott is a detail guy. He obsesses over them. And unlike most other weddings, planning the décor for Silvertip Resort was most definitely in his wheelhouse. He works in the family manufacturing business, and used his skills to design and manufacture almost everything.

The main thing that stood out for us at May and Scott’s wedding was just how highly everyone thought of them. These are two energetic, high-achieving people who make the lives of everyone around them better.
